Why do you come to work at Root & Rebound every day? I come to Root & Rebound every day because I believe in the power, potential and inherent dignity within every human being, regardless of their past mistakes. To me, our work is critical in dismantling historic and current systems of oppression, pain, and discrimination in the United States. I am grateful that I come to work in a place where we, together, as a team are creating solutions and tools to support the 1 in 3 Americans living with a criminal record.
