Brittaney Contreras

Staff Attorney

Brittaney is a staff attorney located at Root & Rebound's Fresno Office. She received her J.D. from San Joaquin College of Law in May 2017. She is licensed to practice law in the State of California.

During her time as a law student, Brittaney was a 4L student body representative, a judicial extern at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and a law clerk at Fagen, Friedman, and Fulfrost, where she focused on several areas of education law. She continued this work upon becoming licensed and was a practicing special education attorney at Lozano Smith prior to joining the Root & Rebound team. 

Brittaney received her B.S. in Child Development and a certificate in Victim Services from California State University, Fresno. 

In her free time you will find Brittaney catching a game at the ballpark or spending time with her family and their dogs.
