Why do you come to work at Root & Rebound every day? I come to Root & Rebound every day because I believe that wanting to help marginalized people should come with no qualifications.  Root & Rebound does the best it can to help people who have been even further excluded from society, and to put a stopper on cycles of disenfranchisement and injustice. Who wouldn’t want to come and do that every day?
