Why do you come to work at Root & Rebound every day? I show up to Root & Rebound because I understand how it feels not have sense of belonging and to have someone tell you that they never would have hired you if they knew you were a “felon.” Through Root & Rebound I have the opportunity to not only serve women who need additional Employment and Leadership skill development, I am privileged to be part of a team of attorneys that are dedicated to justice, and to holding our communities, employers and officials accountable.
