Why do you come to work at Root & Rebound every day? Because I am so inspired by Root & Rebound's work to empower people in reentry with knowledge and resources.  We have lived with unequal access to justice for too long and can't talk seriously about ending intergenerational poverty without also addressing mass incarceration and the barriers people face once they return to their communities.
