National Resources

Responsive to the demand for Root & Rebound's reentry legal resources nationally, we are partnering with great organizations across the country to develop national and state-based resources for people with records to navigate barriers to housing, employment, family law, getting ID, parole and probation issues, voter re-enfranchisement, public benefits & more.

We have created resources in Minnesota, Hawai'i and Connecticut, and have pending projects in South Carolina.

Nationally, R&R has launched a National Fair Chance Housing Initiative, building educational materials for housing and reentry advocates across the country, including state-specific fact sheets for Maryland, Georgia, New York, Ohio, Texas & California, and a Tribal Justice Initiative to share out learnings from our collaboration with the Yurok Tribe and other Tribes across Northern California to increase access to justice for system-impacted Native Americans.

If you are you interested in replicating Root & Rebound's know-your-rights reentry legal resources or building the legal capacity for people with records in your state, please reach out to R&R National Legal Education & Resource Coordinator, Chloe Noonan at
