Why do you come to work at Root & Rebound every day? I come to Root & Rebound because I want to end racial disparities faced by the Black/Latino communities. I want to empower formerly incarcerated folks to fundamentally advance and strengthen them to reach their full potential. My vision is to see all individuals thrive and become full, participating members of our shared communities and create a world where every member is supported and respected.
