Why do you intern at Root & Rebound?

I intern at Root & Rebound because I believe everyone deserves a second chance and the opportunity to create a better future for themselves, their families, and their communities. By improving access to educational information, resources, and legal services, I want to help people overcome the barriers of reentry. I also want to empower those who are or have been incarcerated by helping them find their voice and making sure their voice is heard and valued.
