Why do you come to work at Root & Rebound every day?

I believe that lawyers pursuing social justice are most effective when they support grassroots, community-led change. Root & Rebound plays such a supportive role with their partnerships with local organizations, like the Anti-Recidivism Coalition in LA. I come to work at R&R to play a small role in supporting this change led by folks directly impacted by incarceration.
