Accessing Education, Community Inclusion, a Challenge for Reentry Prisoners

Last November, California voters passed Proposition 47, lowering sentences for many nonviolent crimes. Now, the state is releasing large numbers of inmates–some of whom never expected to get out of prison. Moving back into civilian life is not always an easy transition.
