Why do you come to work at Root & Rebound every day?

At Root & Rebound, I have the privilege to be part of a system that works toward making the lives of other individuals better. We help those who have been impacted by our carceral legal system as they navigate reentry and I am able to walk with them on their journey towards a better life. Seeing the positive impacts we make in our clients’ lives and hearing the success stories of those we have helped is a great reminder of the difference we can make when we work together for the benefit of others.
